Holly Short's journey embodies transformation, resilience, and a commitment to holistic well-being. 

Transitioning from a flourishing career in the fast-paced fashion industry, she intimately experienced the toll of stress, poor gut health and chronic sleep deprivation on the body. 

Faced with burnout and a longing for balance, Holly embarked on a courageous pivot towards holistic living.

Armed with a plethora of accreditations, Holly is a Stress Reduced Fat Loss™️ Practitioner, certified CanFitPro Personal Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor and a 250-hour Yoga Instructor. 

She also holds certifications as a Barre Teacher, Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, and Reflexologist. Additionally, she is accredited as a CanFitPro Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Practitioner.

In her role as an educator and holistic practitioner, Holly specializes in optimizing gut health, healing hormonal imbalances and guiding women through the transformative process of transitioning into midlife. 

Her comprehensive training in holistic health modalities allows her to provide a holistic, whole-body approach to wellness.

Through personalized nutrition plans, movement practices and lifestyle adjustments, Holly equips her clients with the knowledge and insight they need to navigate life's transitions with ease, grace, and confidence. 

With unwavering dedication, she continues to educate and empower women to embark on their own journeys of transformation, healing, and holistic living through midlife and beyond.
